Durrim (PP 20) – Durrim can feel the twisted nature of the supposed "Hunter" who is actually the demon god Camazotz. The pool of the Yawning Void stripped the Hunter of his disguise.
HB (PP 18) – The darkhul nobles like HB's business acumen. They appreciate a real "go getter". They also don't want any more darakhul. They are NMDIMBY.
Ved Pinion (PP 19) – As a living construct, Ved can't conceptualize the amount of transformation of flesh from living to dead to undeath and then to intelligent undeath. So many stages of life.
Verci (PP ) – Verci betrayed the "hunter" who was actually Camazotz this whole time. I bet he never cared about bandit centaurs at all!

Ever since the characters wiped out the cultsts of Camazotz in the community shrine beneath Zobeck, the Bat Lord has been watching them.
Camazotz took on the mask of the Hunter in order to follow the characters in their trek across Midgard and into the Underworld.
Camazotz planned to take over Verci but never had the chance before Verci threw the blade of Camazotz into the Yawning Void.
While the characters only spent a few hours since that moment, Camazotz has spent centuries in torment and wants revenge!
High Priest Radomir Marrowblight plans to sacrifice Archduke Avghost and use his royal blood to make an army of darakhul swordsmen out of the hundreds of ghouls piled beneath the altar.
The god Anu Akma is worshipped by the ghouls as Akma-Apophis – the dark side of the god of Death. High Priest Radomir Marrowblight worships Akma-Apophis instead of the Hunger God and this pisses off Vardesain who plans to send the manifestation of the Hunger God to devour all.
